Refund Policy

Every reading here is a digital product: it is generated the moment you pay, and delivered to you in full and at once. Once it has been generated it cannot be returned, un-read, or resold. For that reason we do not offer refunds.
1. Please read this before you buy
We would rather you decide carefully than regret afterwards, so every practice on this site can be tried free first:
- Every chart, cast, spread and audit is computed and shown to you for free — the Four Pillars, the hexagram, the cards, the compass reading, the compatibility score, the auspicious hour. What is paid for is the reading, not the chart.
- Each locked section is listed by name before you pay, so you can see exactly what you would be unlocking.
- Prices are shown in full at checkout. Nothing renews without your action.
2. Where we do put things right
Not refunds, but faults on our side, which we fix without being asked:
- The reading failed to generate, or generated incorrectly, because of a fault on our side — we regenerate it, or restore your access, at no charge.
- You were charged twice for the same order — the duplicate charge is returned.
- The purchase was not authorised by you — the charge is returned and the code voided.
These are corrections of a mistake, not a change of mind.
3. Statutory rights
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (for example as a consumer in the EU or UK), that right applies and nothing here removes it. Note that by starting a paid reading you consent to immediate delivery, which under those same laws can end the withdrawal right — the checkout says so plainly before you confirm.
